First visit guide
A little preparation.
A slower afternoon.
Start with the ticket rules, then check the details of the specific branch you intend to visit.
Start with the time you have
A venue’s opening hours and your ticket’s permitted stay are separate. Check the entry window, the latest admission and whether the ticket runs for a set duration or ends at a fixed time. Our first version compares same-day adult visits; overnight rules need a separate check.
Look beyond the admission price
Check whether service charges, required clothing or other mandatory charges are already included. An incomplete list of fees is not a total. Meals, treatments and transport may be separate. The real collection keeps incomplete prices as references.
Check the branch’s entry rules
Confirm foreign-guest admission and which original documents the branch requires. An English website does not establish English-speaking reception. The same brand can have different rules at different branches.
Understand the spaces
Check the actual branch’s bathing, changing and shared-lounge arrangements. A shared relaxation area does not mean a shared bathing area or a private room. Follow the venue’s instructions when you arrive.
Keep the Chinese name and address
A public visit card brings the branch name, address and entrance notes together. It is not a ticket or reservation. Check that your external booking, if you make one, is for the same branch and package.
